What is fastpass plus?

I know we don't have fastpass plus in California, (we don't do we?)
But what IS fastpass plus and how is it different than just regular fastpass?

Perhaps. But in its current form at WDW it kinda stinks for AP holders and locals. It would have to have some significant changes to have a prayer of not ticking off the DLR customer base.

Yeah, there are way way more locals at dl than dw. I can't see them rolling in out without a a plan to make it amazing for ap holders.
