What is everything you can make reservations for?

Thinking about trying to pull off a first class NYE trip and unlike my typical make it up as we go style at the resort, I wanna plan this trip like a military operation taking advantage of every reservation we can to deal with the crowds and that got me thinking....Dreaming for a minute that money was no object, what is everything you can think of that you can make advanced reservations for at the entire resort, free or paid, for little ones to adults, any season?

Not that you would do it all in one trip...just looking for all of the options everyone knows about.
