What is everyone booking for Summer 2027?

Our first big trip after retirement was New Zealand and Australia. The suggested flights home was something like Alice Springs to Sidney to Honolulu to Houston to Baltimore. 24 hours. DH told the TA a big Nope. We flew Alice Springs to Sidney to Honolulu and stayed 5 days at Aulani. Then Honolulu to LA to Baltimore. Much easier.
LOL, I’d need to do something similar. I’ve told DH I’d need several days in Hawaii on the way to Australia or New Zealand AND on the way home!

Wow. That is crazy. When I looked up flights to New Zealand it was still during covid but later part of it. They were having a special for something like $1000 pp RT which got us looking at it but IIRC it was about 29 hours total with several connections.

I looked on American Airlines after I posted my comment about NZ and they have non-stops from San Francisco and TX. (Dallas or Houston, I forget.) At least that's not so bad. One was a 12 hour layover so one could grab a hotel and get a solid nap for a few hours.

Unlike some cruisers we prefer the *Travel 3 hours = On the ship AND CHILL OUT*

What ever floats your boat as long as you're on the water and chilling -- ENJOY the new Cruise Year ahead

I booked the Adriatic this morning and either DCL have blocked off a bunch of rooms on deck 2 or they have sold super fast as I can only see about 10 rooms total on that deck which are still available.

Has anyone been able to see/book the EBTA? I'm pearl and cannot get into that sailing. This is very frustrating.

UPDATE: My TA got in (after almost 2 hours on hold and the online booking not working at all) and we were able to book a veranda concierge cabin on the EBTA. $10,534 for 2 adults.

Planning on the 8 Night Alaska if the Pearls don't drive the price up today. Just need connecting inside rooms lol.
DH and I are booking tomorrow, 7 night Alaska on the Wonder.

We have been talking about doing this for years.

Choosing mid August due to his work schedule. He is a NYC trial attorney and the court close around that time !!! I want to go at the end of June.

It’s going to some Adventure, my DH does not love to fly!

Here to everyone having a great summer this year and next. Happy cruising!🚢🚢🚢🚢
