Going to sound crazy, but I have heard that it's memories from a previous life..

There is also a theory that it's your FUTURE self sort of crossing paths on your present self. So it's not that you're remembering something that already happened, but getting a glimpse of your future self remembering what is currently happening.

And that's future as in present self at a future time, not a future life.

Oh that reminds me...
I read this book that said Deja Vu was The present self going into the future uncociously to visit the future self in the present future of the future's self. But really, what's happening is the past's future is connecting with a glimpse of the future selfs present, which in turn is the past of the future. lmao: )

Well..I personally found out during my past life regression that I am my mothers cousins uncles best friends sister which in turn is my 4th cousin's dad. (who was an indian.)
