What is date dues are deducted each month ?

...is it on/around 15th ? I don't have my bank statement handy at moment

but I seem to remember MF's being deducted around mid-month

I am not sure if it is the same for everyone. Mine are always withdrawn on the first day of the month. Although for January it was the 18th of the month and I didn't know why, but for February it was back to the 1st. The dollar amount was correct so I didn't really think about why the date was different for January than all the others.

I believe you have a choice of either the 1st or 15th of the month. The January deduction is always on the 15th however.

ETA: The January deduction is also for a different amount because they adjust that payment for the difference between the estimated property tax contributions made during the prior year and the actual taxes paid.

I just got back and checked statements, I must have had January deduction on my mind when I was thinking 15th, it turns out that Feb. through Dec. ours gets deducted on 1st of the month.
