what is CRO?

I put this question somewhere but I can't remember where? what is CRO? do people pay cash for the weekend hence using less points and having more weekday points? if so, how do you know how much the room is if paying cash?

Disney's central reservation office -- who make all the reservations for all regular (non-DVC) Disney guests. If you want to to use the DVC 25% cash discount (off of Disney's regular room rate) you call member services.

The 25% member discount is only on DVC reservations and is not always available.

You can sometimes get an AP discount on DVC villas, but there isn't anyway to link those reservations (made through two different systems) and you may have to move. You can have the other reservation noted on each reservation to help stay in the same room.
