What is CRO?

Central Reservations Office. It actually hasn't been called that for years -- it's now the Disney Reservations Center (DRC).

It's the office you call to book Disney resort reservations at (407) W-DISNEY.

Mary is right, we just can't seem to get the DRC to be accepted here on the DIS.

When did it change from Central Reservations Office to Disney Reservation Center? I had always thought it was still known as CRO, although it's not that big of a deal.

I guess you could probably say CRO at DRC.
