What is creekside meadow?

I read on a website about creekside meadow for groups of 20 or more. Can anyone elaborate? Thank you!!

You have hit the highlights, Creekside Meadow is a group camping area just past the 2000 loop on Big Pine Drive. As far as I know it has no individual hookups, but is intended for group tent camping.

There is a comfort station adjacent to the meadow.
