What is club level?

What is the club level everyone talks about up grading to and what are the benefits. I was offered an upgrade to water view when i made my reservations, but never heard of the club levels until i started reading these threads.

At most hotels it is called concierge, but at Universal resorts it's called club level. It is a key secured floor which includes continental breakfast, snacks, and drinks as well as hordeurves throughout the day. It is a nice perk which is included with your room if you book that category.

Which surprises me because they are the top of the line resort at Universal.
