Seinfeld is a sitcom Classic. It is what other current shows should be like. This show always made me laugh at things that usually happened in my daily life, there is no other show like it and there will never be anything like it, after seeing the series finale, i

cried a little i will never see Elaine, Kramer, George or Jerry Again, they will just be seen in reruns. The show had a simple plot nothing special like searching for the future wife or a group of geniuses. Just four seemingly normal people with flaws, Such as

Elaine's vanity George stinginess and penny pinching and Kramer's Erratic Behavior. The Show is great and it will stay my heart for years to come.

I would have to say the Cosby Show. I mean who wouldn't want a dad like Cliff Huxtable :goodvibes. It was a show my family all watched together. I can't think of another show that all of us, mom, dad & bro, watched as a family! I still love the reruns!

Oh, I loved Rosanne too....even with all her brutal honestly and crassness (sp??) :thumbsup2

I agree Roseanne. I love that show. I watch it every week end.
But I also love Seinfeld/Cosby Show. the orginal 90210:rotfl:
I know there is more I am drawing a blank. BUT I love sitcomes:love:

Seinfeld definitely. The Brady Bunch, Married with Children also classic. You have just inspired me to have a Seinfeld Mini-marathon today while I clean...I have all the dvds..Happy Festivus!

When I was young I wanted to watch The Dick Van **** show, but my family was no tv except for a few things. So I would watch at my friends' houses if it was on.

I also loved the Mary Tyler Moore show.

Now I seem to only watch Numbers and NCIS, no sitcoms.

For me, it's Friends. I can turn that on, and alway laugh and forget any problems/worries I have.

You got sensored for the D -word..We know it was used for the tv show, the censor here does not and auto-deletes words

Maybe it's b/c I am only two weeks away from WDW :cool1: but it made me chuckle that the auto-censor bleeped **** but not Dick. :rotfl:

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

And to stay on topic, I'd agree that Mary Tyler Moore is a classic as well as M*A*S*H...although it got SO serious towards the end.

Cheers and Frazier definitely!!! Agree with all of the others as well!!

Loved the Fresh Prince of Bel Aire also...don't know if it would be a classic but boy is it close!

Oh!! Golden Girls and Designing Women too. Just really great shows!

Pretty much anything you can watch on TVLand and MOST of Nick at Night. I remember back when I was little when all the OLD TV shows were on Nick at Night. Block Party Summer anyone? Now I turn it on and I see George Lopez, Malcolm... Nanny and Rosanne I tolerate. THEY are 90's classics... but the others? It just makes me a sad panda sometimes.
