If you did all of that using the original contracts and then changed them, I am not surprised it’s going to take time to untangle it all before having the three actual contracts you are buying set to go.

It’s the weekend too so that is bound to slow it down, depending on how many departments need to be involved!

I wonder if they have not removed the old contracts from where you can pay on them is that they need them there until they get the reservations restored?

It’s possible that is what is “holding” them for you? Or, dare I say, there could be an issue because it required banking and borrowing?

I have no idea how MA handles that so they take those actions on your behalf with the new contracts.

MS doesnt know either they said its a back office that was working on it. Im not mad and I will leave them alone as long as they dont give me sass about booking on my legit contracts. I told MS because im working on a new project that they can dump everything except aulani and my welcome home stay from the hold. MS told me how many points I have left to work with dumping all of those and not compromising those two I want to keep on hold.

It’s become even more complicated now adding more reservations using the new contracts and I’d want it in writing somewhere what your exact wishes are with reservations from the old and the new.

I know you are excited to use your new direct points, but I’d give MA time to get it all done and ready since the contract size actually changed.

If you had just added a 4th 50 point contract to get to 200, it wouldn’t have caused any impact to the originals!

I forgot They told me i can call members services and ask them to hold more reservations for me while I wait! I dont want to unload all this on them but maybe ask them to hold the kidani since its four nights hopefully in a refurbished studio

I've only stayed with cash at CCV in a studio and 1 night in a 1BR at BRV. I felt like BRV had a different vibe, even more "woodsy" and laid back. But I need to stay at CCV again to refresh my memory.

I love CCV but compared to BRV, it feels like Grand Central Station - esp in December!
