What is Christmas at DL like?

We are thinking of going to DL in mid November hoping to see Christmas decor and was wondering what they do for Christmas?
Parades, shows, fireworks, decorations??

We saw the HM over Halloween a few years ago with the Nightmare theme, but other than that what is going on?

Christmas is my favorite time at DL. They have a Christmas Fantasy Parade, special Christmas fireworks called "Believe" and it snows after the fireworks. Truly magical.

There are lots of other special Christmas touches, you've already seen Haunted Mansion Holiday if you've been at Halloween. It's A Small World is also changed for the holiday season. Billy Hill has a special Christmas show. The decorations around the resort are just gorgeous.

We're going the last week of November, and can't wait!

Mid November (after the 11th) is the best time to go, everything is Christmas! For the past two trip we have gone in Nov and will go again in Nov 08. It is magical beyond words! The snow after the fireworks, the decorations, the changes to Small World and Haunted House, it is just wonderful!

There's nothing quite as magical as DLR at Christmas time. I was going to list some things, but really...it's something you have to see for yourself.

I didn't feel the same magic at WDW at Christmas time as I always have at DLR...except for the Osbourne Lights...now, that was something to behold.

If you love the whole experience of Christmas, then you'll love DL at that time of year....Believe it!

I can't wait, last year we went for the Halloween stuff and this year we are planning an early dec. trip. Christmas and DL, what could be better?????

I was there last Christmas and I loved it. Probably on of my best Christmas since my mom and dad passed away but I have to be honest I missed putting up a tree. You have to experience it at least once, it is a great feeling.

I love Christmas at DL!!! It's soo beautiful with all of the lights and decorations! We usually take our big DL vacation during December. It's become a tradition...

No, no hard ticketed events at DLR during Christmas. The week between Christmas and New Years is the busiest time of the year in the parks. It's wall to wall people.

Its the one and only time i see Disneyland sold out of tickets. After that, i havent seen it sold out even during the spring break.

So dont leave for the park after 12PM!
