What is BURN NOTICE??

Hey, FireDancer - conversely, if I love "Burn Notice", will I enjoy the Bourne movie series?

I'm not FD, but I've seen and relatively enjoyed two of the Bournes (and I've read the 3)...for me, BN isn't anywhere near as confusing as the Bourne books/movies are. He knows who he is, while Bourne doesn't, and I get too mixed up in the "what if he isn't who he thinks he is" aspect of the Bourne stories to *really* enjoy it as much as I like BN.

I even downloaded the two tie-in novels on my Kindle app.

What are the names of the novels?

I love Burn Notice. Dh started watching it before me, but it's really easy to catch onto what is going on and very entertaining.

Note: it is the 8th or 9th most popular show ON CABLE. Meaning it is waaaaaaaaaaaaay down the list of most popular shows and viewership.

SNL skit was funny, though. "Is it a reality show about sunglasses?"

We've tried watching and didn't enjoy it (but love the Bourne movies and last two James Bond films, so that theory doesn't work for everyone). If they put a little more money into it, perhaps...

i watch burn notice and love it very much.. its about a former spy, that got "burned" which is pretty much means fired... they relocate him, the only people that still are friendly to him is a guy that was feeding info about him to the government, a trigger happy ex girlfriend ... and his mom... it goes into he takes pretty much freelance cases from everyday people... and goes down from that.. its pretty neat.. all the tricks he knows from being a spy to get into places, protect people..etc​

I also watch this -- Good show!! I have found that USA has gotten to be my favorite network lately --- Burn Notice, White collar, old Monk episodes & Psych.
