It is "Best Rate Program," which was introduced earlier this year. It is for Annual Pass Holders and is supposed to encourage you to book early, because your reservation has to be made more than 60 days before arrival. In return for some cancellation penalties, you get a good discount on a room, if available. It has been confusing, though. At first you had to book 120 days out, then they changed it to 60. Then you were supposed to only be able to get this deal online, but the website is so screwy that now you can book by phone, but only during certain hours. This "BRP" has driven a lot of folks pretty crazy and that's why there is so much talk about it on these Boards! "Best Rate" is suuposed to mean you'll get the best deal available, but even that is open to interpretation!
