What is best character experience as far as princesses go like Jasmine, Belle?

We currently have adr's for CRT for breakfast but are reconsidering booking for another experience. I haven't read top reviews for the breakast at CRT so we are a bit concerned. Plus, dd likes Cinderella but her "REAL" favs are Jasmine and Belle. Would we be better off cancelling CRT and rebookig somewhere else where the food is better and she will see Jasmine and Belle? Please let me know-THANKS!

We've had better luck seeing Jasmine at the PSB breakfast in Norway, Epcot. Belle has always been at both restaurants though.

Food is similar but IMHO a bit better.

Jasmine and Belle will very likely both be at the Princess Storybook Breakfast at Akershus in Norway. If you are on the dining plan it will only cost you 1 TS credit where CRT will be 2. We went to PSB last month and the food was very good and interaction with the princesses was great!

Yea, definately do Akershus in Norway. But I'd do breakfast instead of lunch or dinner. We were excited about the character experience but the dinner was not so great...do breakfast.

What's the menu at Akershus? Wifey and daughter don't do scrambled, sausage, bacon, etc. Will they do pancake/waffle upon request???

The actual meal that you are served is scrambled eggs, potato cassarole, bacon, and sausage. They do, however, have a buffet table with an excellent assortment of fruit, pastries, and even some cold meats. Even if you are not a "bacon and eggs" person there is still plenty of good stuff to eat!

We had breakfast at CRT in July and saw both Jasmine and Belle. The atmosphere is lovely there. It really depends on the day, but I've heard from others that Belle and Jasmine are frequently at CRT and Akershus (we saw both of them at dinner there a few years ago too).

I have done CRT breakfast, CRT lunch, and Norway breakfast. My favorite (by far) has been CRT lunch. I have eaten there 3 times (and will be eating there again in July). It's really good there.

We have done both CRT and Norway
Actually prefer the Norway breakfast.
We braved dinner there last trip and loved the authentic fare from Norway
Jasmine and Belle were there both meals.

We did the Norway lunch this past December and had a great time with our 4yo daughter and 1yo son. We had pictures with Belle in the entrance, and then Ariel, Jasmine, Cinderella, and Snow White came to the table. I know many people are not huge fans of the food there, but we actually had a good lunch, and the character interactions were good.

I had a great princess experience in Epcot! First we went to Akershus for breakfast and saw pretty much everyone’s favorite princess (we missed Ariel but I hear she comes to lunch and we plan to try that our next trip). My sister’s favorite princess is Jasmine and when we told her she was so great talking with us for a while about her “story.”

Later that day my sister and mom were waiting in a line for Aladdin and I was shopping in the Moroccan tent near by and in walks princess Jasmine. She just comes in and starts talking about the merchandise like we were two folks on the street in our hometown just doing a little shopping. It was really neat to see her in that capacity and not surrounded by people who wanted pictures and autographs. I was so awestruck I might as well have been 2 and not 22!

She left the store to go sign autographs with Aladdin and they were joined eventually by the genie. I rushed over to tell my sister and mom about my celebrity encounter and as we were waiting in line we were given stickers and temporary tattoos. When we got up for autographs Jasmine remembered my sister from breakfast and told Aladdin that she was their biggest fan and then Aladdin quizzed her about the movies. It was so fun and one of my favorite experiences of the trip.

P.S. At the end of fantasmic(in Disney Hollywood) there is a riverboat that is chock full of favorites that you don’t really see around the park. Like Megara from Hercules and Esmerelda form Hunchback of Notre Dame.

A few other things to consider - look for Jasmine in MK behind the magic carpet ride. And look for her in Epcot in Morocco! Look for Belle in France in Epcot.

And DON'T MISS Belle's storytime in MK next to the castle!

Belle's Storytime is a little show in Fantasyland. It has Belle telling her story. She picks kids from the audience to play her father, Gaston, Mrs. Potts, Chip, Lumiere, and Cogsworth. And she picks an adult male to play the Beast. It is really cute. the only thing is, you have to get there early. Sitting is limited (the space is tiny).

For Belle's story time - there will be times posted - usually it's hourly for part of the afternoon. It's a little courtyard with a stage area. Belle comes out in her blue dress and tells the story - picking kids from the audience. Afterwards, she will stay for autographs.

We got there a little early - and took it as our opportunity for a little break and grabbed some lunch at Cosmic Rays. We brought our food over to the courtyard to eat while we waited.

If Belle is one of her favorites - this is a must-do for you! It's wonderful!

we did the princess dinner in norway last year; food was okay, service was GREAT, and the princesses were great. however, no jasmine. belle was in the entryway in her ball gown.

the only place we saw jasmine was in adventureland near the magic carpets of aladdin.

i would say, if you need a character guarantee, find them in the parks.
