Thanks to newholidayx2 for posting the 800 number. There's another number as well that starts with 877. If anyone has that one, it would be wonderful to post that, as well. I've called both and it seems to be a general Disney number. It answers saying something like, "Thank you for calling Walt Disney World... If you you have visited Disney World before, push 1. If this is your first trip to WDW, push 2. To speak to a rep. about booking a room, push 1. To make dining reservations, push 2. etc..."
In other words, the number is a general WDW number and you can be connected to the other Disney services from there. There are numerous companies who do this, like eBay and Paypal. They do have a toll-free numbers but don't publish them. I've called other companies toll-free as well when they've only published a regular phone number. Google is your friend to find those free numbers. I couldn't find it for WDW though, but I knew two numbers existed because I had them (but lost them). If I ever find the toll-free 877 number, I'll post it here.
