Sorry If I am really dense! I keep seeing this mentioned in different threads but I am not sure what it is? With the search down it makes stuff like this so hard
The Alex Challenge started out with a basic Atkins challenge, where we tried going back to the basic Atkins diet of only cheese, eggs, mayo, meats and seafood, butter, oil and no fu fu stuff like shakes, and bars. It did wonders for me
Then others started asking to have challenges and he made up exercise ones and weight watchers ones...We were all trying these challenges depending on your particular diet stradegy for one week at a time...
I am still on the Atkins Challenge he started with as it has done wonders for me!!! Hope that helps.
