What is a Well Being Massage?

Can anyone give me a description of what the Well Being Massage is? This is our first spa treatment, and I would like to know what to expect. BTW, we are trying to decide between this and the Spa Taster with the REAS package.

It's just their name for a regular massage, and they might use aromatherapy oils if I remember correctly. They will ask you how much pressure you like and if there are any areas where you ant them to concentrate. It's very nice!
