What is a Tot Lot?

While looking through some DVC papers today, I saw Tot Lot listed on the component site information. These Tot Lots were listed under OKW, BWV, and SSR. Each one listed a capacity. Visions of toddlers in a parking lot came to mind. I couldn't find a description. So what exactly are they?

I would appreciate knowing so I can get that vision out of my mind. Thanks!

It is, in reality, a playground. Swings, sand, etc.
