What is a TIW/TTW/KTW card?

I know that TTW means ticket to the world or key to the world, but how does that differ from a FastPass+ or magic band or what-not...

I thought the KTW cards were for the cruise ship only... but some people are saying that they have these T/W cards and therefore don't need dining... I don't see the correlation...

KTW is Keys to the World card - the alternative to a Magic band and what was used prior that held dining, ticket and room info and allowed for room charges.

Tables in Wonderland (TiW) card is an optional card APs, FL residents, and other limited groups can purchase that allow for a dining discount at WDW locations.

TIW = Tabled In Wonderland is a card you purchase that gets you 20% off food and alcohol and free valet parking for resort dining reservations. You have to be an annual pass holder to purchase. U believe it's $100.

KTTW = Key To The World. Pretty much obsolete with the Magic Bands. They were your room key, park tickets and ability to charge purchases back to your room.

Maybe TTW is other people's way of saying KTW? This helps...

I'm sitting here going, OMG we're getting these Magic Bands, TIW cards and KTW cards? How big does my wallet need to be!!!

But nope, only bands for us!
