For example, LeCellier and Coral Reef are both one table service... both only LeCellier is a 'signature' restaurant. What does that mean??:confused3

I wouldn't call Le Cellier a signature restaurant.

I wasn't aware that Disney did either.

Le Cellier is not a signature restaurant. The signature restaurants are the ones that will cost you 2 TS credits on the DDP. They are CRT, Flying Fish, California Grill, Citricos, Narcoosee, Artist Point, Yachtsman Steak House, Jiko, and the Fantasmic pkg at Brown Derby. Oh! and the dinner shows like Hoop de Doo, Mickey's Backyard BBQ, and Spirit of Aloha.

It means it will cost you two table service credits. Sometimes its used around here to refer to restaurants that are a little more dressier and have better food (but that isn't Disney's definition). Most signature restaurants are the Deluxe Hotel's "nice" restaurant - but there are a few park restaurants that are signature (CRT - which is only two credits because of its popularity, Bistro d Paris and Brown Derby),

Le Cellier and Coral Reef were both two credit restaurants originally on the plan.

Bistro d Paris is not even on the DDP. I guess you could say it is a step above even the so called Signature restaurants.

FYI: Victoria and Alberts is another that is a step above and also not on the DDP. On the other hand, Tutto Italia is priced like a Signature restaurant, but is only one TS credit on the DDP. It's a great deal if you are on the DDP, but not if you're not.

Le Cellier was originally a 2 TS credit restaurant. About 1-2 years ago this changed.
