What is a "qualifying resort reservation" for Moonlight Magic?

So, is there an actual list of qualifying resorts required for early reservation to Midnight Magic events ?
Do the sorta-Disney resorts like Buena Vista Palace, or Swan/Dolphin count? I wish this was clearly defined.

Nope, Good Neighbors do not count. Gotta be well and truly on property.

Basically, it’s any Disney owned & operated hotel/resort at WDW (DVC, deluxe, mod, or value) plus Vero Beach

To add, it has to be a reservation that you actually have booked by you. A DVC rental is not eligible because technically, that reservation is not a guests...it remains part of another owners membership.

Even though it can be added to MDE, it doesn't count for early registration

I went to the July DHS party, no DVC rooms available, booked Pop. I was lucky, mine showed as qualified and I got the tickets (hint, use more than 1 device). A member friend also had a separate Pop reservation and hers would not connect. She talked to MS and something about her husband being shown as primary and he was not on the room reservation. She never even got the email announcing the signup because they did not show an eligible reservation. Luckily, I was able to get 5 tickets and she and her son were able to go, along with 2 friends staying at AoA.

We qualified for early booking for the 7/14 DHS via inbound RCI exchange into SSR. The exchange was in my name, but DH (“primary” on our DVC contracts) was listed as a guest.
