Hello. With regard to getting into ROTR, I am a little confused with the instructions. What is a push notification (yes, I am technically challenged.....) Also, my phone system is Andriod.

Have an account in My Disney Experience.
•
Download the My Disney Experience mobile app on your smart device or ensure you have the most updated version of the app before arriving at the park.
•
Turn on push notifications for the My Disney Experience app.
Thanks!!!

Push notifications are just notifications from your app that will show up on your Lock Screen so you can see it when you look at your phone.

if you’ve seen something like this before, not necessarily the same words, but same general idea, then you have push notifications enabled.

to ensure that you have notifications enabled, go to Settings on your phone, then Notifications, then Disney World. Ensure Notifications are turned on.

my iPhone screen looks like this:

If your settings are similar, you should be fine.

also note, you can go into the Disney app and click Check Status at the Rise of the Resistance section and it’ll tell you what groups are being called and I your estimated wait time.

I did not post this question...but wow! What a great answer by GBRforWDW. Thorough with pics.
These forums are so much more than a place to get info about Disney.
I could get technical questions answered on here much, much quicker than trying to call my providers (cell phone, internet, streaming services.)
Heck, I bet if I asked on here, someone could tell me how to fix my car...I just need to think how to word it.
Maybe "I was on my way to HS to get a boarding group and my car was making a funny noise. It's a 2015 Honda CRV...."
