Its a discount sent out by Disney to your email, or snail mail OR sometime neither(thats why some ppl call)
Call Disney's reservation hotline and ask them if you have any PINs attached to your name.

We are annual pass holders is there still a chance we might still have a pin attached to our name for some other deal.? Also....we get the military discount on our rooms....can we still get the dinning package? Is there any free dinning going around?
