Depending on what you enjoy doing, how much time and money you have, and if you are looking for thrills or relaxation would depend on recommendations. We always do DTD to do some shopping as well as eating. Go over to Ghiradellis and get a fresh dipped chocolate covered strawberry. You may want to go over to the AMC theater over in Pleasure Island. The kids may want to watch a new movie. The theater is very nice. Play some putt putt. You can do this on property or off. On property, I would recommend Winter Summerland near Blizzard Beach. Off property, it would have to be Pirate's Cove. Disney Quest is also a great option as well as WonderWorks. WonderWorks is just like DQ but offsite and a little cheaper. Plus, it is known as the upside down building. Great picture. You can go to Race Rock or Nascar Cafe, if you are race fans.

So, as you can see, if you want to take a break from the parks of WDW, there is a LOT of stuff you can do. Hope that helps and you have a great time.
