Me, DH, DD6, and DD8 will be going to WDW in Sept. :cool1: We also went last Sept (the first time our DDs had gone). There were several things we didn't get to do last year that I am going to make sure we do this trip. This will be our last trip to WDW probably for several years :sad2: We are saving for a down payment for a house. What are some of the "must do's" that you would recommend? We have free dining, and I've already made ADR's for all our TS meals at: Sci-Fi, LeCellier, 1900 Park Faire, Narcossee's, Chef Mickey's and WCC.
My list of "must do's" for this trip so far are:

See the new POC
See Fantasmic, Ulliminations, Wishes, and Spectro
Try a Dole whip
Look for Hidden Mickeys
Go on Expedition Everest

What else would you recommend? :confused3

What are your dates in September? I know that Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party begins in September. If you are going to be there at a party time then that's what I would suggest.

We were hoping to make it to Disney this year but unfortunetly we can't, so we are planning on going next Sept/Oct. I have been making a list of new things to do and places to see from our last visit which was in "04". Things that I have heard from the boards.

Hope this might help you.

Have a great trip!!

New Places to See at Disney

1. Goofy’s Kitchen – Downtown Disney
2. Wake up Tink at the Tinkerbell store at Magic Kingdon
3. Have a wake-up call made
4. Open up Toontown – 10:00 am
5. Ask about “Tink in drawer”
6. Turtle Talk with Crush
7. Animation Class @ the MGM Animations Studios
8. BIBBIDI BOBBIDI BOUTIQUE - Hair, nails for Haley
9. Pirates Cruise for Haley – Old Port Royale
10. New roller coaster
11. New flight ride
12. It’s a small world

Festival Of The Lion King at Animal kingdom....Fantastic!!!

I second that. If you're going within the first 2 weeks of September, you can go to Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween party on the 15th. Also Cinderellabration will be doing it's last performance on the 16th so if you can, be sure and check that out at MK.
The new Bibbity Bobbity Boutique is open in DT Disney and is a big hit with little girls.
FW has a free nightly campfire and sing along with Chip and Dale nightly and they show a free Disney movie also.
We're taking my girls to do the pirate cruise at the Yacht & Beach Club (GF was all booked up). We're also doing afternoon tea at the GF one day.
The Jr. Chefs program at Epcot is free.
Beaches & Cream for a No Way Jose sundae!
Rent a surrey bike on the Boardwalk.
Take a carriage ride at FW or POR.
Try to catch the Electric Water Pageant from one of the MK resorts.

The only must do from every trip so far is to go to DTD. I am woman, let me shop! :teeth:

For our upcoming trip......
I must ride EE!
I must go to MNSSHP! (our first)
I must go to breakfast at Kona!
I must remember to let my inner child out to play!

Maggie

Several attractions are on my "not to be missed" list, on top of the list at each park:

Magic Kingdom: Haunted Mansion
Disney-MGM Studios: Beauty and the Beast
Epcot: Soarin'
Animal Kingdom: Festival of the Lion King

Enjoy.
