What is a Kona Kone and do I want one??

Saw this on the Kona menu and have seen some people say their kids love them, but what is it? We have dinner ADRs here and I think I might need to check it out but it would helpful to know from you guys what it is and if its good.

It's essentially a waffle cone with several scoops of ice cream. It comes in a plastic tray that has four different toppings you can add to the cone yourself - I think there were mickey head sprinkles and some type of smartie-type candy. It also has a small chocolate mickey head and blue cotton candy. My two kids and I enjoyed one at Kona about 2 weeks ago.

There are pictures of it on the food porn thread. I thought it had chocolate sauce on it also. It has cotton candy sticking out of the top of it. We thought it was fun and delicious. I think you should try it. Of course their other desserts looked delicious also.

It depends how much you like sweets. DH & I always order them and pass them off to our kids, because there's no way either of us would/could eat one. It is a waffle cone, filled with ice cream, topped with chocolate sauce and M&Ms, and surrounded on the plate by cotton candy. Serious overkill for me, but the kids adore it.

The kid's dessert is a build your own sundae with a scoop of ice cream, cherry, Mickey sprinkles, m&ms and chocolate sauce. Enjoy!

oh yes then she is on her own! I am getting something for me!!! LOL they really should have a baby kona kone if kids like it so much and adults just get it for their kids anyway! LOL
