Pineapple soft serve (though I've read it is not actually ice cream-- sherbert)--very yummy--esp the float in pineapple juice. Available at Aloha Isle in MK's Adventureland.
Don't get your expectations up too high. I had one of those floats, and while it was nice and refreshing, I really don't understand why people swoon over them.

I have to agree with you, I felt like I HAD to get one the way everyone raves about them. I got the float and it was ok, my son finished it, but he will eat any ice ceam, ice, sherbet at any time. I think I might have liked the Dole Whip by itself better but I won't waste my money or snack credit on one again.
That's a great pic of the dole whip. I read so much about it and couldn't wait to get one when we went to the world in May. When we were in the area of the Aloha Isle we had just eaten lunch and none of us was interested in having one. We were too full from lunch. We thought we'd get one later in the day. I'm so disappointed, that never happened. I'm going to have one the next trip. I hear that it's VERY sweet.
I think the draw of the Dole Whip and the Dole Whip floats is that it is sooooo refreshing on a hot, humid, and sunny Florida day. After I have one I swear my core body temperature drops about 5 degrees!
One other note, you can also purchase a Dole Whip at Captain Cooks at the Polynesian. It is self serve!
Does anyone know if this is the same as the "dole Whip" - pineapple soft serve, with the Dole trademark - that you can get at the International Marketplace in Honolulu? If so, we had it there and it was yummy.
