We have only ever experienced MK when it was a level 9.

We will do MK 09/23 and 09/24 which, fort now anyways, are predicted level 2 days.

I know it went be "empty" but can you talk to me about what to expect?

A level 2 day will basicaly be a walk on for most attractions and a no more than 10 min wait max at the big attractions we have been a few times in Dec with crowds like that it is amazing.

It really depends on the park.

According to TouringPlans.com a level 2 day at MK will peak at about 10-20 minutes for most rides with majors like the Mountains peaking at about 25 minutes with low capacity Peter Pan being the worst with a peak of 40 minutes. Those are peaks though, as Disneyhabs said much of the day should be walk-on to very short waits.

Epcot will have short to no wait on most rides but will have a couple long waits since it only has 2 majors. Soarin and TT will still peak around 45 minutes to an hour.

Hollywood Studios will also have short to no wait on most rides but RnRC will peak at about 40 minutes and TSMM will still peak over an hour.

Animal Kingdom should be short waits all day with no ride peaking over 20 minutes.

Sounds amazing!

We went the beginning of February! I believe February 5th was a 2 or 3 at MK. Lines were short, no waits for restrooms, stores seemed pretty empty.

There still seemed to be many people walking around. We weren't running into anyone or stuck behind slow people.

Buses rarely filled up.

If you have only been on a level 9, a level 2 will feel like you have the place to yourself. :cool1:
