What is a 'bounceback'?

I am new to the board and have seen several references to 'bouncebacks'? What are they? I will be staying at CBR May 2-11. Thanks!

The bounceback promotion runs at certain times of the year. If you book another trip before you check out, you get a discount. It appears the current discount is 30% Deluxes and Moderates and 40% villas for select dates in August, September, October, November and early December. There should be a flyer in your resort room detailing it.

It also refers to those who stayed at WDW during certain times of the year last year & got free dining. They had a bounceback promotion last year, whereby if you booked a return trip before you checked out, then you got the free dining again. This is what we're doing: bouncing back w/free dining this year.

We were lucky enough to get inn on bounceback for Sept trip and if you look below in our "trips" you'll see we have gotten free dining more than once!
IT IS FABULOUS!!

CHECK your room folder and your TV ads EACH day and you'll likely see a "promo" that if you put a deposit for a return trip (during the time specified) they will offer you a promo (discount % or free dining) but it MUST be done BEFORE you check out. SO many people miss it and thats a shame.

It's a program that Disney offers that none of the CM's at the resorts know what you're talking about when you mention it. Only guarentee is that whatever dates you will be returning, the offer won't be available.
