Now the real question is: do you just pour the gravy over the biscuit, or, do you properly break the biscuit in half and pour it on both sides?
As for me and my house, we break in half.
Without a doubt...break in half and pour on both sides. I hate it when they leave the biscuit whole and pour gravy on top!

Now...another question...what about chocolate gravy for biscuits! "That's some good eatin'!"
