What instruments do you play ?

I think it's not so much loudness as it is quality. I'm fine with loud as long as it doesn't sound bad :/
Eh, but if you have good quality you prolly aren't playing too loud.
Now I'm just contradicting myself. This is really hard to word.

But I agree. We ARE loud.
The girl who plays flute in the row in front of the first chair trumpet is practically deaf now. poor girl.
And the low brass section in my band just like to show off.

Yeah, that makes sense. A lot of clarinetists are really quiet, though.
In my marching band, there are 2 of us.
And you can hear us. I'm fairly loud, and once made the drummers go deaf for a minute. :X

Haha

I have to play loud because my sections a dud.

:(

BUT

otherwise I play quiet, i follow the songs directions and play with heart so.. XD yahr.

We played "Aston's Overture." It was not that difficult anyways.

I used to play the recorder.. two years ago.
I can play My Heart Will Go On. :goodvibes
And uh, I can play the triangle, xD
I can sing too. :upsidedow

1. Winchester March
2. Eagle's Triumph

Saturday my schools Wind Symphony (our upper lever/honors band) has a contest. We are playing..

1. Voices Of The Thronateeska-http://listeninglab.stantons.com/item.php?stno=288609
2.Epsana Cani
3. Brick Street Encounter

I gave you the link to song 1 because it's amazing. Our local college is playing it in their band..

I played the recorder (not well) in grade school. I also sing, even though I'm not very good. I'm hoping to teach myself the piano.

I play Trombone... best instrument ever...
and i've been playing it for 9 years now.
I was in band from 5 grade all the way through high school, i'm now a freshman in college still in band. In high school I was in Marching band all 4 years, best thing i did in my life!! :thumbsup2

I play none, unless you count your voice as an instrument? :)

My sister, on the other hand, plays saxaphone, piano, and oboe; all exceptionally well. :goodvibes

Sadly, I play none. I am musically gimped. Seriously, I even suck at guitar hero.

I've tried violin, french horn (in my school band), flute, and piano. Oh, and guitar. I fail at every one. :confused3

I'm good at piano, I've been playing for 10 years. I'm pretty good at guitar. I've only been playing for a month, but my piano experience has helped me learn fast. I'm good at singing, I made the District XII Choir, and I was 9th out of all the Tenor II's (about 40) that auditioned, as a Freshman. Which, according to my chorus teacher, is HUGE!
