What information is needed when you make your reservations?

We are new almost owners. We should get our number this coming week.

What information do I need in order to complete the first phone call?

I know I need the membership number or a SS#. I know we need the dates we want to visit and the DVC resort we want. Do I also need the number of people who are going, their full names and DOB?

I just want to be prepared so we can have the best chance of getting into the BC.

First you need you member number
Then the last 4 of your SS#
You need to know the check in and check out dates of your trip, and your preferred unit size and resort preference.
You need the names, ages, addresses and phone numbers of all the expected occupants of the unit.
You need to let them know if you are planning on DDP at least 48 hours ahead of the trip.
