What if you lose your DVC AP voucher?

We recently moved, and during that move the voucher (and receipt) for the DVC AP I purchased early last December, 2012, disappeared. I didn't intend to activate the voucher until October 2013. Do I have any recourse if I go to Guest Services? Thanks for any help.
 
Take the Credit or Debit Card used to purchase them to either a Park Ticket Window or Guest Relations location. They can use the card number to find the transaction.
 
Happened to me last week actually. We are headed down in 3 weeks and I didn't have the confirmation. Just called and they emailed me the info. As long as you have the name the DVC rep was able to look it up.
 
If you don't have an email (they sent us one when we purchased) you are still in the system. If you want confirmation just call MS. In all the years we have been getting APs, we have never actually been required to show any receipt or voucher when we picked up the passes; they just needed our names to find them in the system.
 

It was actually the reverse for us. I gave them the print out confirmation. They still couldn't find the ticket. I ended up having to give them several credit cards (because I couldn't remember which one I used) plus my DVC membership card. Good thing I brought that along.
