What if we miss embarkation??

most of the time Moline is cheaper than Cedar Rapids, and both are about the same distance from where we live. I have found if you book your airfare way out, you can watch for a few weeks ahead of time and when the price goes down, then i book right away.

Friends of mine were on the Magic that departed on 12/27/03. She called me at 6:00pm and told me they had yet to depart (scheduled at 5:00pm). She also said that as they started to walk downstairs for dinner, they saw a DCL bus come flying into the lot. The delay must have been for some folks that had late flights or something like that.

I knew this board would be helpful. In truth I didn't book the trip , my parents did, and there are 10 of us along for the ride. Thank you all for the advice. I am an optimist about these things, just a bit nervous.
