What if I completed a project and now my organization isn't listed with GAD?

We completed our family project at the end of January but since the project we did was a monthly thing, we had to put in that our service day was Feb. 15th. Ours was an adopt a troop program. We completed it and the package was rec'd and I was told that the info would be submitted on the 15th. I don't want to contact the organization yet since it's not the 15th, however when I go to the Give a Day website, I no longer see this organization listed. I hope I'm just overlooking it. Worst case - can I send Disney the corresponding e-mails saying everything was completed? Thanks in Advance!

When you log in to "Manage my account" what do you see? It may be they were removed from the hgome page because they filled up. I know the organizations around here remove their listings when full.

Action Required: Volunteer for a day.

Does the website supposed to list the organization that I'm registered with?

Thanks for the help!

I've signed up with Project Linus and have a completion date of March 3rd. This is what mine says under Volunteer Activity Status:
"Signed Up for a Volunteer Opportunity
The volunteer is signed up for an upcoming activity."

Since your completion date isn't until the 15th I'd give it until that date to show up on the WDW GAD site. If you want piece of mind try contacting the organization that you signed up with.

Thanks for the info. It gives me enough peace to hold out until next week. We're planning our trip for August.

The company we volunteered with disappeared off the radar early in January, how-ever came through with our voucher just fine. We completed our work 2 weeks early. We got our vouchers 4 days after our assigned day. The company said they were overwhelmed with volunteer offers and couldn't keep up. They removed their add to stop extra e-mails coming in.

I hope your voucher e-mail comes soon!
