What if CS doesn't offer dessert?

I was looking through the menus and the Fish and Chips CS in England in the WS doesn't show any desserts? Any thoughts on what would be offered for my CS credits here?

Yes, it's shortbread, at least it was when we were there last.

The shortbread is pakaged which makes it easy to transport. We stuck ours in our pockets and saved for later.

The shortbread is very interesting. Very buttery and sweet but not as sweet as other cookies. Our kids see them in the store and want to buy them because it reminds them of Epcot.
