Correct, FP end times are definitely enforced.

As for disconnected FP, I think that with the exception of WOC, they are all connected within each park. So, all of the DL ones are connected and all of the DCA ones are connected but each park is disconnected from the other park.

As Aladora said, the two parks are still disconnected from each other and WoC is disconnected from the rest of DCA. In terms of WoC, it makes sense that it's "disconnected" because it's not a FP in a tradition sense. It's basically a voucher for a show time and seating area.
