Well week one of my new plan is over cheat free!!!! These are the things I have learned this week

I am enjoying dieting again
I am sooo enjoying food!!!
I can do this
diet Pop(soda) does not taste good now
even a little junk food made me not feel well
Caffeine can influence weight loss
I feel better than I have in years

I am loving this new eating plan. I guess I need to go find a nice selection of decaf tea and decaf flavored coffee. Any recomendations???
 
I am only cheat free for hm about 1 day but I can relate.........
When I cheated, like most of us, I went all out that whole "AHHHH ill just finsh the day and start again tomorrow" attitude! Soon afetr cheating, I felt horrible physically.
I can also agree with you that when dieting.....food is good! sounds simply but I actually look forward to eating and when I am. I enjoy it more. SODA...........
yuck! I took a swig of reg. soda theother day it was like drinking maple syrup and I was a huge soda drinker, now, i drink diet about twice an week or when ever I eat out and have no other option!
