What holiday entertainment is still running the first week of January?

My DD gets out for break too late for me to want to brave the crowds prior to Christmas.....so I am semi-thinking about flying in on the 2nd to be in the parks on the 3-5th. I think that in the past the two ride overlays ran that whole week, but what about parades and fireworks?
I haven't visited in this timeframe for over 5 years, but then the crowds were very manageable, has that changed ?

Last year (well, I guess technically this year), the official "Holiday Season" ended on Sunday, January 3rd, however they did still have one final holiday parade on the calendar on Monday, January 4th. This year, New Year's Day is on a Sunday, so I'm not sure whether or not they will keep with tradition in ending the holiday entertainment that Monday after the holiday (which would be Monday, Jan. 2nd) or if they would extend it at all since the weekend IS the holiday. I know the Small World overlay stayed up a bit longer, but I think HM went down pretty quickly after the New Year. I know the holiday entertainment, however, ended right after that weekend.

thanks, it is so hard to predict from year to year as the day of the week changes !
I would be OK if we didn't get the holiday versions of the parade and fireworks, as long as we got the normal.....but I am afraid they might switch to a weekend only schedule!

Honestly, its very hard to tell now... im still suprised WoC hasnt even gone through a deep refurbishment and is @ a good 95% run rate running every single day, 1-3 shows a night... Because of WoC, DCA is actually opened longer than DLR...

We were suppose to have a slow season between Spring break and Summer of about 2 months but it was only for 1 week of slow season...
