2 weeks ago I helped my boss book his holiday to WDW-the website was fine, in the format I know and love. Today I have tried to price up our next trip (October 2013, boo) to find that apparently Virgin have "fiddled" with the website. Whereas before you could pick your hotel, mode of transportation, tickets, DDP and excursions, now I can only get as far as bus transfers before it starts asking for money-is it a sneaky plan to hike the cost of the holiday AFTER you have paid the deposit and they have you by the short and curlies?
I have emailed Virgin to ask what is up with the website-also suggested if they don't want to sell park tickets there are other places to buy them. I'm so narked-I was really looking forward to booking our next holiday and they're ruining the experience!
