What have people been paying lately for SSR?

I'm looking at a contract with 100 points and a Oct UY. No 2012 points available, 100 points start as of 2013. They are asking 65/point...what is a good starting offer?

How much of a hurry are you in? Are you willing to walk away if they don't accept your offer? Personally, I would offer $45/pt and they pay 2012 fees. I am not sure I would go much higher, either.
