What happens when u have a 1 pm RESV??

If you're not allowed into Epcot until 2pm, I doubt a restaurant reservation will get you in. I don't speak from experience, though.

when you hop, can you get in prior to 2pm if you have a dining adr

I don’t believe an ADR allows you to “hop” early, or at all if the park is at capacity. My suggestion is to try and reschedule the ADR.

I suspect the answer will be no. Otherwise, you'd have lots of people figure out this loophole and schedule an ADR at 11 or noon to get into the park early. And then potentially skip the ADR.

No you will not be allowed to enter prior to 2pm even if you have a dining reservation.
Likewise if the park you choose to hop to is at capacity you cannot enter even with a dining reservation but they will assist you to cancel without penalty.

An ADR never guarantees you will be able to hop to a park and definitely doesn’t get you in early.

No you will not be allowed in. Dining does not allow early entry.

Same language/situation as before park hopping resumed - a dining reservation does not mean that you can get into a park without also having a park reservation for that day.
