What happens when it rains are most activities cancelled?

We were there Dec, 2 years ago, and it rained hard for 3 of our days. We didn't have a rain cover for our stroller and I wish we did (so I would get one if it's not to costly). Oh and don't ride Screaming, my girls did, and even though it wasn't raining to hard at the time, with the moving ride they said it felt like needles (not sure but thats what they said and they did have little red dots on there arms and face). Must not have been all that bad because they rode it a second time but would not go a third.:lmao: We also love it in the rain but as the PP mentioned I would have ponchos on hand and maybe something to cover your shoes.

I live in northern California and those of us do know how to drive in the rain! We get it enough to know about that! We actually get it a lot, and if you live in No. Cali you know that! Unless you live in a part of No. Cali that doesn't get rain--but I can't imagine that.

As far as Disneyland in the rain--love it. It really makes for a unique experience, and the crowds are so small that you feel like you have the whole place to yourself. The best trip we ever took was in December in the rain--and we go about 3 times a year! Low crowds and perfect experience.

Matt were you in So Cal or Nor Cal when you last drove here in the rain? Because for sure many people in So Cal canNOT drive in the rain, but as Lisa pointed out those of us in the Northern half of the state do know how to drive in the rain, because we get it all and send it down south.....LOL :)

Both and that was the shocking thing. Though I can see your point. I was around Mendocino and everything was fine, just another day driving.

While in San Diego I was appalled how slow people went. Several years later I saw the same thing around Sacromento. Which was the surprise. The thing is the freeways usually roll along at 10-15 over the speed limit, but people where driving 10-15 under going up towards Placerville.
