What happens to Epcot Dessert Parties if it rains?

Dh and I are trying to decide if we want to do a DP or book the Grand 1 the night of our VR next year. We were leaning towards the DP, but then he asked me what they do if it rains.

I know I read someone's (sorry -- can't remember who!) report that their DP at the GF got rained out, but they got moved inside and went outside just to view Wishes. But what happens at Epcot? Do they have a spot for rain-outs? Or if not, do they refund your money at all, or reschedule for another night?

If it rains the food and party is moved inside somewhere. The alternate location depends on the amount of people you have. I have read about parties here moved inside the American Adventure building, and also above Norway.

Illuminations is basically never canceled unless you talking a hurricane-like storm, so when the show starts they will give you some umbrellas or ponchos to go out and watch.
