What happens if..

You make a dining reservation for 9 and only 4 how? Charged for the no - shows of party? We are reserving a few to eat with another family... but want scenerios if one family decides day of not to stay for dinner.

As long as at least one person shows up for the reservation you will not be charged for the no shows. However, since you are going from 9 to 4, if the other family decides the day before, you can call and change the reservation to the smaller number, thus freeing up a table for another group. Just be sure the CM understands that you want to keep the reservation, but for fewer people.

Great. Thank you. We will adjust the reservation day before if the other family decides not to do. I worry more day of if one family has something come up. I seem to have one of those days every trip. Where things don't fo as planned.
