What happens if your docs get lost in the mail?

We leave in two weeks for POR. Our TA mailed our final docs to us last week. We should have had them Last Friday or Saturday, but they still haven't arrived. Our neighbors are going with us, and they got their docs last week.

So what happens if they are lost in the mail somewhere? Will our TA be able to get duplicates of everything from Disney and then send them to us?

I just emailed her to let her know we hadn't received them yet (we were going to give it til week's end), and I am sure she will take care of it one way or another, I was just wondering if this had happened to anybody else.
