What happens if you try to call the bounceback number after checking out?

I was wondering after you check out of your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, would you still be able to call the bounceback phone number listed in your room if you needed to make a change or asking them to send you an e-mail confirmation, if you made that type of reservation? Or does it only work from the phones in the guest rooms and you would then need to call the regular CRO number?
 
When we were at WDW Dec 12th-20th, I called the number that was listed on the Bounceback card. I used my cell phone, not the room phone. I made reservations for three trips in 2010. After arriving home late Sunday night, I checked my email Monday morning, to find that the CM had sent invoices for the last two, but not the first reservation. I called the regular CRO number to check on it and to ask for an email confirmation.

When I booked the Bounce Back offer in Sept '08 for Sept '09, I used the room phone, but a few months later I decided to switch resorts. When I called to see if I could make the change and still keep my free dining, I called the regular CRO number. I was able to make the change and keep the free dining, by the way.
 
You can call them after you check out to make a change to an existing reservation. After checking out you cannot call to make a new bounceback reservation. I found out the hard way. You snooze, you lose. I did :sad2:
 

If you made a reservation prior to checking out you can change it. I could not make up my mind if I wanted to try CL and changed my reservation to add it when I got home.
 
Just wondering if a bounce back is still out there? Thanks, we are going in a few weeks and hope to get one for the beginning of Dec next year! We did get the 40% off pin but only through June.

Actually, I have done it. Last year, I believe it was, we tried to book while still in our room and the system was "down". As we were driving home, we called and were able to use the BB from our room. Someone told us, either a CM at the resort or the one we spoke with to book, that we had until midnight of the day we checked out to make the booking.
