What Happens If The Price Comes Down..

What if you have your cruise booked thru DU and you pay for your cruise ahead of time and the price comes down? Do you get a refund or an on board credit or what? Has this happed to anyone before?

If the price decreases after you have made your final payment, you will receive a refund from DCL in the form your payment was made.

we use dreams and they notified us that the price had gone down and we got new price .... was before the 60 day mark so balance was not paid yet.....

Yes, this happens quite a bit. If you have paid for your cruise in full and the price is lowered you will get the price difference refunded to you in the form you paid - i.e. it will go back to the credit card you used to make the final payment.

If you have not paid in full the price difference will just be deducted from the cruise total and will be reflected in your new balance due amount.
