What happens if i dont/do buy halloween tickets?

Whats the difference between buying halloween tickets and not? If i buy them what time am i allowed in? If i dont, when am i kicked out? Can i still go to disney california adventure?
Is therw a week that tends to be less busy in the past? Or the most busy?? [GALLERY=][/GALLERY]

If you are going to a party you are allowed in 3 hours before the party starts, so 3pm on a party during the week and 4pm on a weekend party. If you don't have tickets to the party, you have to leave DL at closing, which would be 6pm during the weekday parties or 7pm on the weekends. You can go to DCA as long as you have a hopper ticket!

If you are planning on buying MHP tickets, do so now. Only 5 parties aren't sold out and they could sell out any day.
